If you've misplaced your luggage or personal belongings on one of our vehicles, please utilize the form below to report your lost property. To enhance the chances of recovery, provide detailed information about the bus tour (date, time, etc.) and precise details of the item (colour, size, brand, etc.).

Timeliness is key when reporting lost items. Please contact us promptly after realizing the loss. We can retain lost property for a maximum of 7 (seven) days from the date of discovery. After this period, unclaimed items are generously donated to local charities. Expect our team to reach out within 24 hours of form submission to update you on the status of your lost property.
